2010 Infiniti G Convertible: At a Glance
The Infiniti G Convertible, introduced just last year, is already on the move – with a number of enhancements for the 2010 model year, including revised interior features, new navigation system functions, power folding outside mirrors and one new exterior color, Graphite Shadow. Unchanged is the G Convertible’s ability to rejuvenate the spirit with its seductive styling and exciting performance – along with its three-piece power retractable hardtop that’s designed to look as good with the top up as down.

Though based on the popular Infiniti G Coupe, the G Convertible offers a unique design from the A-pillars back, including extensive structural reinforcements, a wider rear track, modified rear suspension and a special convertible-focused interior with rear Pop-up Roll Bars and available Bose® front seat Personal Speakers, wind deflector and climate-controlled front seats. The inviting G Convertible interior includes standard leather-appointed seating and an available Bose® Open Air Sound System that dynamically changes equalization based on outside noise, vehicle speed, and top position, and an adaptive climate control system that adjusts fan speed in accordance |
Technology features include standard RearView Monitor and available Pre-Crash Seat Belts and Intelligent Cruise Control with Preview Braking. The G37’s available Infiniti Navigation System has been enhanced with next generation technology and a new display screen with higher resolution than the previous generation system’s screen. Along with the previously available XM NavTraffic® Real-Time Traffic Information, the navigation system adds NavWeather™ with Real-Time Weather and 3-day forecast (XM® subscription required, sold separately), Streaming Audio via Bluetooth® and Zagat® Restaurant Guide. The system also includes a touch screen, Voice Recognition and a 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive.
Every Infiniti G37 Convertible comes equipped with a standard 3.7-liter VQ-series V6 with VVEL (for Variable Valve Event and Lift) rated at 325 horsepower. The engine is backed by a choice of an electronically controlled 7-speed automatic transmission with available solid magnesium paddle shifters or a responsive close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission. The G37 Convertible Sport 6MT adds sport-tuned steering and larger sport brakes, along with 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and W-rated performance tires.
